About the Role
You will manage market-making operations and proprietary trading strategies across crypto and prediction markets. You will communicate trading performance, market conditions, and recommendations to clients; optimize liquidity, spreads, and market depth in real time; and help refine trading systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client-facing or trading capacity
- Effective communication that balances technical and business priorities
- Ability to work independently and explore solutions to new challenges
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, and differences between chains
- Attention to detail, precision, and risk management in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage market-making operations for clients
- Manage proprietary trading strategies across crypto and prediction markets
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide updates on trading performance, market conditions, and recommendations
- Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time
- Ensure liquidity provision, spread management, and market depth align with client goals
