About the Role

You will set up equipment, integrate hardware, execute thermal, mechanical, and electrical tests, inspect test articles, collect traceable data, troubleshoot test setups, document failures, and keep test cells ready for changing priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a test lab, engineering laboratory, manufacturing test, or similar technical environment
• Experience setting up and executing tests on complex hardware or electromechanical systems
• Experience using laboratory equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, power supplies, data-acquisition systems, or thermal and mechanical test equipment
• Ability to interpret test plans or engineering requirements, configure test setups, and document results
• Experience using Excel to organize test data and communicate results

Responsibilities

• Execute thermal, mechanical, and electrical validation and reliability tests
• Set up and maintain test equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, cabling, power supplies, and data-acquisition systems
• Collect traceable test data and produce test summaries
• Troubleshoot test setups and hardware and document failures
• Maintain equipment, fixtures, workspaces, and procedures
