About the Role
You will serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for APAC institutional customers, ensuring exceptional responsiveness during APAC business hours. You will provide hands-on API and SDK integration support, perform wallet setup and MPC configuration, and train customer engineering teams on DeFi protocols and policy engine setup. You will diagnose complex issues using SQL, logs, blockchain explorers, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana. You will build internal tooling, create technical documentation, establish regional support workflows and standards, and participate in global on-call rotations to help ensure 24/7 reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles at B2B SaaS or fintech supporting developer-level users
- Deep experience in blockchain and crypto infrastructure, digital assets, DeFi protocols, transaction lifecycles, and custody solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and API integration (REST, SDKs, webhooks)
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Self-starter with high ownership and ability to build processes from scratch
- Based in an APAC timezone (Singapore or Hong Kong) with exceptional communication skills for technical and C-suite audiences
