Technical Support Engineer (PT time zone)

About the Role

You will help developers integrate, debug, and succeed with SDKs and APIs across web, mobile, and backend environments. You will read and debug code, investigate and reproduce issues, support integration setup and auth flows, create example code and guides, and communicate technical findings to engineering and product teams to unblock customers quickly.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of TypeScript and React
  • Familiarity with React Native or other mobile SDKs
  • Experience debugging APIs including REST, JSON, auth headers, and 4xx/5xx errors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to dig into unfamiliar systems
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Previous experience in the crypto or web3 space

Responsibilities

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across SDKs and APIs
  • Debug integrations across web, mobile, and backend platforms and languages
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs and partner with engineering to drive resolution
  • Support customers setting up and verifying integrations including configuration and auth flows
  • Create and maintain example code, troubleshooting guides, and internal playbooks
  • Spot patterns in recurring issues and propose documentation and SDK improvements
  • Relay feedback and insights from customers to Product and Engineering
  • Improve internal tools and processes to scale technical support
