About the Role
You will support merchants globally by troubleshooting technical and operational problems, advising on payment integrations and best practices, analyzing data and logs, gathering feedback, and communicating merchant needs to product and management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Technical support experience preferred
- Technical and operational assistance experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Financial services knowledge
- Scripting or programming interest or experience
- SQL, JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Complex data analysis
- Application or hardware log analysis
- Networking and IT hardware experience preferred
- POS experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with support for accepting global payments
- Maintain knowledge of the platform, products, APIs, and web technologies
- Troubleshoot merchant technical and operational problems
- Advise merchants on implementation and operational practices
- Address merchant issues
- Gather and communicate merchant feedback
- Identify issues from complex data and logs
