About the Role
You will validate deployment configurations, connectivity, storage, and compute against requirements. You will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate dependencies with infrastructure and engineering teams, track deployment risks, provide status updates, guide customer onboarding, maintain technical documentation, create reusable runbooks, and transition customers once they are self-sufficient.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GPU or HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems
- Ability to validate technical builds and identify gaps
- Troubleshooting skills across networking, storage, and compute
- Experience coordinating engineering and infrastructure dependencies
- Written and verbal communication for status updates and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Take signed deployments from contract to production
- Validate configuration, connectivity, storage, and compute against requirements
- Troubleshoot technical gaps and drive issues to resolution
- Coordinate technical dependencies with Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams
- Maintain an accurate technical picture of deployments and risks
- Provide regular status updates on risks and mitigation
- Guide customers through their first successful production workload
- Serve as the technical customer contact through deployment and early production
- Create reusable runbooks, checklists, and automation
- Transition customers after they become stable and self-sufficient
