About the Role
You will own the end-to-end onboarding of clients and trading counterparties from kickoff through production deployment, lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration, and partner with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering to deliver implementations on schedule. You will manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, configure and validate client environments across modular trading and portfolio systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and develop documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes
- Experience working with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure
- Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments
- Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred)
- Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices
