About the Role
You will own API documentation and integration resources, create quickstarts and sample applications, answer technical partner questions, and guide signed partners through provisioning, sandbox testing, webhook setup, and go-live checks. You will also automate onboarding tasks, build demos, and share API improvements with product and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on API integration experience in payments fintech or an API-first company
- Ability to read logs debug webhooks reason about authentication and use Postman or Bruno and Datadog
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and changing systems
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work
- Knowledge of payments fundamentals such as fund flows settlement and reconciliation is helpful
- Crypto or web3 experience especially with stablecoins and wallets is a plus
- Coding experience sufficient to build a demo application is a plus
- Experience with Mintlify or another documentation platform is a plus
- Exposure to KYB and KYC tooling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain API and integration documentation
- Build quickstarts sample code and reference architectures
- Answer and resolve technical questions from partners
- Guide signed partners through requirements intake provisioning sandbox testing webhook setup and go-live checks
- Coordinate partner timelines with the integration program manager
- Learn and explain CaaS ramps Sequence wallets Trails OMSX bank rails custody flows virtual accounts deposit addresses and webhooks
- Build demos and sample applications
- Share API issues and improvements with Product and Engineering
- Automate onboarding and provisioning tasks
- Use AI tools to improve documentation and support
