About the Role
You will partner with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles. You will source, assess, engage, and close candidates, maintain a strong candidate experience, use data to improve recruiting outcomes, and keep stakeholders informed about hiring trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth agency or in-house environments
- Understanding of the technical talent landscape
- Success sourcing and closing competitive technical candidates
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills
- Eligibility under U.S. ITAR export regulations or ability to obtain required authorization
