About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across concurrent technical and operational roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates; build talent pipelines; partner with hiring managers; analyze recruiting metrics; improve interviews; maintain candidate communication; and support onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical or operational roles
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines across multiple functions
- Ability to pivot between hiring functions and learn technical domains quickly
- Success sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships, provide strategic advice, and challenge hiring managers
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple concurrent requisitions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates at volume
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and recruitment platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies
- Ramp up on new functional areas as hiring priorities change
