About the Role

You will own programs that bring models and products into public-sector environments. You will coordinate research, infrastructure, security, compliance, cloud partners, and product work; drive authorization efforts; manage dependencies and risks; and establish repeatable delivery processes.

Requirements

• Several years of technical program management experience
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
• Experience shipping software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments
• Experience with government clouds, air-gapped deployments, FedRAMP, or similar authorization frameworks
• Ability to engage with infrastructure, ML, and security engineers
• Experience coordinating research, security, compliance, and multiple engineering organizations
• Experience with public sector, defense, or government cloud programs, or eligibility for a US security clearance
• Must be a US person
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Own programs for delivering new Claude models into public-sector environments
• Sequence dependencies and tradeoffs across research, inference, capacity, cloud partners, safeguards, and compliance
• Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs
• Plan work across public-sector segments, model and API availability, application parity, and segment-specific product work
• Represent public-sector requirements in model-launch planning
• Establish planning, escalation, status, and launch-coordination practices
• Document repeatable processes for new segments and models
