About the Role
You will own and sequence work to expand life-sciences verification programs. You will coordinate safeguards, platform, and product teams; manage dependencies, risks, data requirements, user experience, launches, and technical blockers; and turn recurring work into repeatable processes.
Requirements
- Several years of technical program management experience
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and organizations
- Ability to engage with platform, access, and product engineers
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own the program for expanding life-sciences verification access
- Scope and drive cross-organizational engineering work for each expansion
- Turn program goals into sequenced plans with owners and dates
- Clarify data access, retention, and review requirements
- Drive user-experience scoping across product surfaces
- Remove technical blockers to eligible organization access
- Establish planning, escalation, risk, status, and launch coordination processes
- Document repeatable processes for future expansions
