About the Role
You will establish operating rhythms for priority accounts and coordinate technical programs for major customers. You will manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations, risks, metrics, onboarding programs, and process improvements. You will communicate clear status updates to technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a TPM or engineer turned TPM on infrastructure, cloud, or customer-facing technical programs
- Technical depth in ML infrastructure systems, Kubernetes, GPUs, and distributed systems
- Experience running programs across multiple teams without formal authority
- Clear and concise writing for engineers and executives
Responsibilities
- Run operating cadences for priority accounts
- Coordinate account transitions, escalations, and product-feedback flows
- Drive cross-team programs for large customers
- Reduce engineering toil and protect platform time
- Build and report operational metrics
- Drive new-hire enablement, account load balancing, and runbook coverage
- Manage cross-team risks and dependencies
- Communicate program status to technical stakeholders and leadership
