About the Role

You will define site-handover gates and acceptance criteria, coordinate design through operations stakeholders, and surface go-live blockers. You will maintain fleet operating procedures, lead incident and corrective-action programs, oversee preventive maintenance, and produce stability dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

• Program-management experience in mission-critical environments
• Experience designing operational frameworks, handover gates, SOP libraries, or incident-management programs
• Experience coordinating design, construction, supply chain, and site operations workstreams
• Experience tracking incident trends and CAPA status in dashboards
• Experience building or maintaining SOPs and measuring adherence
• ITIL, PMP, or PgMP certification, hyperscale or colocation experience, familiarity with ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, or TIA-942, or data center construction and commissioning exposure is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end site handover framework
• Embed with design, construction, and due diligence teams to shape maintainability requirements
• Drive cross-functional handover activities across training, documentation, systems access, and knowledge transfer
• Build and maintain SOPs for critical data center operations
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective-action tracking, and preventive-maintenance oversight
• Produce stability dashboards and reporting and run CAPA programs
