About the Role

You will lead execution of data center programs from construction through production operations. You will manage the infrastructure TPM function, coordinate partners and internal teams, track schedules and risks, support site selection, manage procurement and equipment delivery, create scalable playbooks, and travel to sites.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data center construction, operations, or infrastructure program management
• Management experience building and leading TPM or program management teams
• Experience leading multi-site infrastructure programs
• Experience coordinating partners, vendors, and internal engineering teams
• Ability to bridge physical infrastructure with software and security teams
• Executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the data center infrastructure TPM team
• Lead program reviews and executive delivery communications
• Drive construction-to-production execution across multiple sites
• Track schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigations
• Support energy strategy, site selection, and due diligence
• Manage long-lead dependencies and procurement
• Coordinate site handover, equipment deployment, and operations
• Coordinate evolving infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements
• Hold partners accountable for contractual milestones and commercial commitments
• Track equipment production, shipping, and delivery schedules
• Build repeatable deployment processes and playbooks
• Travel to sites to validate progress and build contractor relationships
