About the Role

You will drive cloud logistics products, primarily warehouse operations software and an in-house warehouse management system. You will define requirements and user stories, analyze feature performance, manage product delivery from concept through deployment, test releases, document workflows, train users, and collaborate with operations, customer success, engineering, QA, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical product manager, solutions engineer, or in an engineering role.
• Experience designing and integrating complex software systems.
• Leadership skills.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinking about software system failures.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing cloud services, web applications, and mobile applications.
• SQL proficiency.
• REST API proficiency.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate business, operational, and integration requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze data and define KPIs to measure feature impact and inform the roadmap.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept and design through testing and deployment.
• Track warehouse application metrics and contractual SLAs; create reports and visualizations.
• Communicate feature context and clear requirements to engineering teams.
• Design test plans, conduct end-to-end testing, and partner with QA to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, specifications, test plans, release documentation, and operational SOPs.
• Train Operations and Customer Success teams and support feature launches.
• Create low-fidelity mockups and collaborate with UI/UX on high-fidelity designs.
• Travel to warehouses for one week every three to four months to support launches and shadow operations.
