About the Role

You will operate and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure, launch and upgrade blockchain networks, and automate repeatable infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and other IaC. You will lead incident response, publish RCAs, and implement fixes that prevent recurrence. You will build observability and SLOs, tune RPC and validator nodes, troubleshoot networking (DNS, TLS, load balancers, anycast/BGP), and write small tools in Go or Python to reduce operational toil.

Requirements

  • Production Linux and Kubernetes debugging experience
  • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm, Ansible)
  • Programming and scripting experience in Go or Python plus Bash
  • Blockchain operations knowledge including JSON-RPC internals and RPC/validator node tuning
  • Observability and SLO experience with Prometheus and Grafana
  • Networking fundamentals including DNS TLS load balancers and anycast/BGP
  • Experience with one or more of EVM clients (Geth Erigon Nethermind Besu) Cosmos SDK/CometBFT Solana or Substrate
  • Multi-cloud experience and capacity and cost modeling
  • Proven production ownership and incident handling

Responsibilities

  • Launch and upgrade blockchain networks including hard forks, snapshots, pruning, and rollbacks
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using IaC and CI/CD
  • Run Kubernetes at scale with safe rollouts and capacity planning
  • Lead incident response, publish RCAs, and implement preventive changes
  • Define and maintain SLOs, dashboards, and alerting to reduce noise
  • Operate and tune RPC and validator nodes
  • Write and maintain operational tooling in Go or Python and patch client issues
  • Design and troubleshoot network components including DNS TLS and load balancers

Benefits

  • Quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goals
