About the Role
You will create technical education content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources. You will teach through videos, webinars, and workshops, explore new capabilities, identify valuable customer workflows, experiment with AI-enabled learning, and use adoption signals to improve education.
Requirements
- Ability to learn product features through hands-on experimentation and building
- Ability to read technical architecture documentation and work with engineers
- Customer-facing teaching, building, and troubleshooting ability
- Experience using AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency
- Ability to turn product capabilities into practical customer use cases
