About the Role
You will establish, maintain, and operate the technical and operational components of the global compliance program. You will manage transaction monitoring, KYC/B, onboarding screening, record retention, regulatory reporting, and suspicious-activity workflows. You will also support procedures for payments, treasury, and vendor integrations, as well as bank examinations and audits.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of compliance experience
- Understand how to scale compliance programs operationally
- Have hands-on experience with transaction-monitoring platforms and reporting obligations
- Have experience with cross-border payments, FX, or digital asset-adjacent businesses
- Communicate effectively across cultures with globally based teammates
Responsibilities
- Manage transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and onboarding screening end to end
- Maintain records and retention in accordance with regulatory timelines
- Configure and oversee transaction-monitoring rules for cross-border flows and stablecoin-related activity
- Coordinate with product and compliance teams
- Support execution of the firm-wide compliance framework, product evolution, audit responses, and program-impact evaluations
- Detect, escalate, and act on suspicious activity in line with AML/BSA and USA PATRIOT Act requirements
- Support operating procedures for payments, treasury, and vendor integrations
- Support the compliance team during bank examinations and audits
