About the Role

You will execute time-sensitive market operations, including resolving trading instruments when data providers fail and performing ledger reconciliations. You will review and reconcile ACH deposits, wire transfers, and withdrawals; process high-risk KYC/KYB applications; and conduct AML research to help prevent fraud. You will investigate transaction logs, data feeds, and contract specifications to resolve user disputes. You will identify inefficiencies, write technical specifications, and partner with engineers to automate repetitive workflows. You will maintain real-time communication with the Control Desk, developers, vendors, and senior management, and monitor compliance with applicable FCM, intermediary, and CFTC requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of direct experience in clearing, settlement, reconciliation, or financial operations with hands-on break resolution
  • Familiarity with CFTC regulations, including Part 38, Part 39, and FCM/intermediary oversight
  • Working knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, and fraud prevention workflows
  • Experience with ACH, wire transfer, and withdrawal processing in a regulated or high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and databases
  • Ability to write process documentation and technical specifications
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Experience at a fintech, crypto exchange, or prediction market platform
  • Familiarity with stablecoin or on-chain settlement mechanics
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on operational automation
  • SQL or basic scripting ability

Responsibilities

  • Execute time-sensitive manual workflows, including resolving trading instruments when data providers fail and performing ledger reconciliations
  • Review, action, and reconcile daily ACH deposits, wire transfers, and withdrawals
  • Process high-risk KYC/KYB applications and conduct AML research to prevent fraud
  • Investigate transaction logs, data feeds, and contract specifications to resolve user disputes
  • Identify process inefficiencies, write technical specifications, and partner with engineers to automate repetitive workflows
  • Evaluate and improve SOPs, policies, and processes
  • Maintain real-time communication with the Control Desk, developers, external data vendors, and senior management
  • Monitor compliance with FCM and intermediary rules and stay current on CFTC regulations, guidance, and enforcement trends
