About the Role
You will act as the embedded technical expert for post-sales partners. You will lead technical integration sessions, diagnose and resolve API and platform issues, create and maintain implementation playbooks and runbooks, translate partner feedback into product input, and run regular technical reviews to ensure integration health.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expert-level comfort with APIs including reading docs, testing endpoints, and debugging integrations
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across competing timelines
- Ability to move fluidly between partner engineering standups and executive business reviews
- Builder's mindset with strong documentation and systematization skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for strategic partners
- Build and maintain implementation playbooks, integration guides, and technical runbooks
- Lead technical working sessions with partner engineering teams and review integration approaches
- Diagnose issues across APIs, webhooks, authorization flows, and card network configurations
- Own resolution communications end-to-end and coordinate with engineering when needed
- Surface partner interaction patterns as structured feedback to Product and Engineering and manage delivery
- Conduct regular technical reviews with enterprise partners on integration health and platform changes
