About the Role
You will plan, execute, and deliver wealth management technology projects. You will define scope, timelines, and budgets; oversee delivery and releases; manage risks, dependencies, estimates, and resources; coordinate critical production incidents; and improve delivery processes, quality, and efficiency across assigned squads.
Requirements
- Project management experience, preferably in financial services or banking technology projects
- Experience in wealth management, client channels, or related domains
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineering, business analysts, and tech leads to define scope, timelines, and budgets
- Drive weekly capacity and prioritization meetings with the business
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Challenge the business to protect timelines and scope when necessary
- Plan and manage releases and dependencies across subsystems and teams
- Align delivery plans for assigned squads with initiative release timelines
- Engage with the Regional Wealth Platform to understand initiatives and manage T-shirt sizing and high-level estimates
- Plan and track initiative budgets
- Coordinate the resolution and communication of critical production issues with SRE and platform teams
- Plan SRE familiarization for newly launched features
- Improve delivery processes, team performance, quality outcomes, best-practice adoption, and efficiency
