About the Role
You will lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day delivery for the agent runtime platform. You will remain hands-on with platform and tooling development, improve secure agent execution, and help internal teams deploy agents. You will prioritize work, remove productivity blockers, and manage infrastructure capacity, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years building and operating large-scale platforms or distributed systems
- 1+ years of technical management experience
- Experience with container or VM orchestration at scale
- Communication skills
- Experience supporting internal partners
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap
- Manage day-to-day execution of the team's work
- Prioritize work and manage projects
- Build and ship the runtime platform and tooling
- Define secure agent execution with sandboxing, isolation, and credential management
- Build composable and reusable primitives for agents
- Own infrastructure scalability, reliability, capacity planning, and operational excellence
- Support internal teams bringing up their agents
