About the Role
You will design and build AI-driven features, lead hands-on coding and architecture, integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into production systems, own backend and cloud architecture, drive experimentation, mentor engineers, and turn data into real-time actionable insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building scalable systems
- Expertise in backend development, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation
- Track record of delivering complex systems from concept to production
- System design and cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
- Communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven features and systems
- Lead hands-on coding, architecture, and technical decisions
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into production systems
- Collaborate with Product and Design on AI-first user experiences
- Own architecture across backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
- Drive experimentation and prototyping of AI-powered solutions
- Mentor engineers
- Partner with Data teams to produce real-time actionable insights
