About the Role

Lead audit remediation and cross-functional governance workstreams independently. Conduct IT security and architecture reviews, maintain governance policies, engage regulators and auditors, deploy AI-assisted compliance workflows, produce executive reporting, and monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Daily use of AI tools for compliance and governance work
• Ability to build and scale AI-assisted workflows
• Working knowledge of AI governance and risk
• Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder workstreams independently
• 8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
• 3+ years leading governance programmes
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, and NIST
• Knowledge of GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
• Ability to interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents
• Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, and security tooling
• Executive-level written and verbal communication in English
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

• Produce governance dashboards and executive briefs
• Track regulatory changes and brief senior leadership
