Hopae is an identity-verification technology company offering global eID access through its Hopae Connect platform. Connect provides a unified API, hosted OIDC flow, and direct REST API integrations for verification against government, bank, and private identity providers. Hopae also offers an accredited, eIDAS 2.0-compliant wallet SDK. It serves identity-verification and e-signature providers, financial services, and businesses in sectors such as gambling, telecoms, retail, travel, hospitality, and mobility.

About the Role
You'll join a global identity technology company and could work across a variety of functions depending on your background. You'll help shape Hopae's European regulatory and compliance strategy, drive business development and partnerships across European markets, bridge the Paris hub with teams in Seoul and San Francisco, and help build the processes and culture that make a global, async team work well together.
Requirements
- Based in or relocating to Paris, with a passion for impactful tech
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus
- Thrives in international, fast-moving, and async environments
- Comfortable navigating European business contexts with a global mindset
- Familiar with or curious about European digital identity and data regulations
Responsibilities
- Join a core global function such as Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, or Business
- Help shape Hopae's European regulatory and compliance strategy (eIDAS 2.0, GDPR, OpenWallet)
- Drive business development and partnerships across European markets
- Bridge Hopae's Paris hub with teams in Seoul and San Francisco
- Contribute to the evolving European digital identity ecosystem
- Build the processes and culture that make a global async team work
