About the Role

You will build and own scalable talent and people operations processes. You will coordinate interviews across all stages, serve as a primary contact for candidates and interviewers, maintain ATS and HRIS data, support offer and onboarding workflows, and contribute to compensation, performance, benefits, and HR administration projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones accurately and responsively
• Experience building repeatable, scalable processes
• Experience supporting HR or people operations programs beyond scheduling
• Clear, professional written communication with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders
• Based in EST to PST time zones

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages using Greenhouse and additional scheduling tools
• Design and document the interview coordination operating model, including intake, SLAs, calendar standards, and recruiter workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers during scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and time-zone coordination
• Support offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, and candidate-to-new-joiner transitions
• Contribute to people operations projects, including compensation cycles, comp banding, performance management, engagement surveys, benefits enrollment, and HR administration
• Maintain ATS and HRIS data integrity through audits and reports
• Take on additional HR responsibilities as priorities are defined
