About the Role
You will identify exceptional founders and operators, assess their potential to build companies, and persuade them to join Founders Factory ventures. You will develop talent maps, build relationships with passive candidates, support founding-team recruitment, and improve founder-sourcing and assessment methods.
Requirements
- Ability to identify exceptional people and assess their potential
- Understanding of businesses markets and founder success
- Relationship-building and influence skills
- Creative talent-sourcing ability
- Ability to operate with limited information and ambiguity
- Ability to balance instinct with evidence
- Sound judgement and clear communication
- Background in VC executive search strategy consulting investment banking startups venture building or talent is relevant
Responsibilities
- Identify exceptional founders across global networks
- Build talent maps and develop views on founder and operator markets
- Assess founder-market fit beyond CVs and conventional credentials
- Build relationships with exceptional passive candidates
- Persuade candidates to pursue entrepreneurship with Founders Factory
- Help founders recruit early teams across product technology commercial and growth
- Develop founder-sourcing assessment and talent-intelligence practices
- Build a proprietary network of exceptional founders and operators
