About the Role

You will support the growing recruitment team by focusing on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and candidate experience management. You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases, and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinate logistics, manage calendars, and track candidate progress. You will maintain accurate records in the ATS, prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics, and support offer preparation and onboarding coordination. You will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and professional communication, and you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR teams to support hiring initiatives, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent sourcing, HR operations, recruiting support, or related roles
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or professional services environments is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever platforms, and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Smart and a quick learner

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and talent databases
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement activities
  • Assist with talent mapping and market research projects
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage interview calendars and follow-up communications
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards and policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication
  • Help strengthen the employer brand through positive candidate interactions
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR teams to support hiring initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment events, employer branding activities, and university outreach programs when needed
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows
