About the Role

You'll take ownership of a consistent requisition load of approximately 20–30 mid- to senior-level roles spanning professional, corporate, and technical functions. Working hybrid out of the Tempe, AZ office three days a week, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across Tempe, New York City, and Mountain View. You'll run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer support, while using AI-driven tools and ATS platforms like Ashby to keep your pipelines efficient and visible. You'll build consultative relationships with stakeholders, advise them on market trends and hiring best practices, and deliver a high-quality, high-touch experience to every candidate you engage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professional and/or technical talent in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load of 20–30 roles across multiple locations
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating in a consultative recruiting model
  • Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing expertise
  • Strong AI fluency and data literacy
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage 20–30 mid- to senior-level professional and technical requisitions simultaneously across multiple office locations
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive research, and passive-candidate engagement
  • Leverage AI-driven tools, data insights, and ATS capabilities such as Ashby to optimize sourcing workflows, pipeline visibility, and decision-making
  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring expectations
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer support
  • Build consultative relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on market trends and candidate availability
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on search progress, pipeline quality, and hiring timelines
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform search strategy and improve pipeline quality
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and internal policies
  • Support onboarding coordination and transition activities for newly hired employees
