About the Role
You will lead the automation of entire logistics centers, from initial concept and requirements definition through deployment. You will design integrated solutions spanning robots, AGVs, WES, and material-handling equipment; coordinate vendors and contractors; manage project quality, schedules, costs, and risks; advise customers; and support operational launch and standardization.
Requirements
- Experience implementing large-scale systems in logistics, factory automation, material handling, or automation
- Experience participating throughout requirements definition, design, and deployment
- Experience advancing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience organizing issues and making decisions from a whole-system perspective
- Business-level Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills
Responsibilities
- Define automation concepts and requirements for entire logistics centers
- Design integrated systems covering robots, AGVs, WES, and peripheral equipment
- Coordinate and oversee material-handling vendors, system integrators, and construction companies
- Manage project quality, schedules, costs, and risks
- Provide technical proposals and decision-making support to customers
- Support go-live and establish scalable next-generation logistics models
