About the Role
You will own vehicle-platform requirements, documentation, alignment, and verification. You will define tests, improve simulation for platform verification, automate requirements processes, evaluate platform capabilities, and work with external partners to deliver a validated vehicle platform supporting the safety case.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of automotive, robotics, aerospace, or related industry experience
- Requirements specifications and metrics
- Complex vehicle test campaigns
- ISO 26262, SOTIF, and/or UL 4600
- Mathematics, engineering, physics, and vehicle dynamics
- Python or Matlab data analysis
- Vehicle actuation, including brakes, steering, and propulsion
Responsibilities
- Create, document, align, and verify vehicle-platform requirements
- Define efficient methods to describe and evaluate requirements
- Drive vehicle-platform architecture requirements
- Communicate requirement and test updates to stakeholders
- Apply safety standards and methodologies
- Define simulator improvements for vehicle-platform verification
- Write and track tests and test execution
- Enhance vehicle-platform capabilities and documentation
- Implement tools and methodologies to automate requirements processes
- Work with external partners to deliver a verified and validated vehicle platform
