About the Role
You will administer and support core Microsoft services, Windows Server environments, and Microsoft cloud services. You will configure identity federation, resolve operational tickets and production incidents, implement changes, maintain documentation and runbooks, and join an on-call rotation with occasional weekend maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience managing Windows Server infrastructure in high-visibility, mission-critical environments
- Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering
- Ability to use PowerShell or Python scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, server hardware, and VM deployments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange services
- Deploy, maintain, and support Windows Server environments
- Support Entra ID, OneDrive, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 services
- Configure single sign-on and federation using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and SCIM
- Triage and resolve operations tickets and critical production incidents
- Implement planned and ad hoc changes through change management processes
- Maintain system documentation and repeatable runbooks
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend maintenance
