About the Role

You will own the health, security, and reliability of internal IT and infrastructure systems. You will manage employee hardware and SaaS access, maintain endpoint and network security, support audits, respond to IT incidents, and introduce scalable internal tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and an SSO or identity provider.
• Working knowledge of VPN, DNS, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks for fintech or crypto companies, particularly SOC 2.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning, account creation and deprovisioning, and access revocation.
• Own endpoint management and security posture across company laptops.
• Manage network infrastructure for office and remote access, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall rules.
• Maintain asset inventory and manage hardware and software vendor relationships.
• Implement and enforce access control policies aligned with SOC 2 and other compliance requirements.
• Monitor system uptime and respond to internal IT tickets and incidents.
• Support internal audits and security reviews with documentation and evidence.
• Evaluate and roll out new internal tools as the company scales.
