About the Role
You will administer, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Power Platform services. You will manage identity and device policies, build automation, troubleshoot incidents, document systems, monitor infrastructure, and partner on governance, audits, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Entra ID
- Have PowerShell scripting skills
- Have experience with conditional access, identity security, and device compliance management
- Have experience designing or supporting Power Platform solutions
- Have troubleshooting skills for complex cross-platform issues
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to prioritize competing demands and lead technical initiatives
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services
- Design, implement, and maintain Intune device-management policies, compliance baselines, and application-deployment strategies
- Manage identity and access in Entra ID
- Architect and troubleshoot Azure resources and services
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex incidents
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Graph API automation scripts
- Document system architecture, configurations, and operating procedures
- Evaluate Microsoft features and licensing changes and recommend adoption strategies
- Monitor cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Investigate infrastructure issues, document findings, and escalate complex incidents
- Partner on governance, audits, and risk mitigation
