About the Role
Assess and analyze risks across all systems, develop and implement risk-reduction measures, build and operate the system risk management framework, monitor its operation, maintain company-wide system risk controls, manage system-related incidents, and support risk management activities across the PayPay Group.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial industry in system risk assessment or risk management, system incident or quality management, system audit or IT internal controls, or system development, operations, or maintenance
- Knowledge of microservices
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or other cloud environments
- Knowledge of container technologies
- Knowledge of web security
- Business-level Japanese ability at N1 level or above
- Experience with ISMS or PCI DSS is desirable
- Experience with payment-system development, operations, or maintenance is desirable
- Project management experience is desirable
- System auditor qualification or system audit experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze risks across all company systems
- Develop and implement risk-reduction measures
- Build and operate the system risk management framework
- Maintain the company-wide system risk management framework
- Develop policies for system risk assessments
- Promote system risk assessments
- Maintain the system-related incident management framework
- Monitor system departments
- Support and promote system risk management activities across the PayPay Group
