About the Role

You will maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse equipment in a live production environment. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation failures, perform maintenance, document work, support technical recovery, and uphold safety requirements on site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
  • At least 1 year of PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting experience
  • Allen-Bradley PLC experience
  • At least 1 year of VFD experience
  • At least 1 year of AC and DC motor experience
  • Automated system experience
  • Conveyor system experience
  • Robotics experience
  • Servo motor experience
  • 480V system experience
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Linux
  • Electro-mechanical troubleshooting
  • CMMS
  • Maximo
  • OSHA
  • LOTO
  • Electrical safety
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain automated-system health
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting
  • Diagnose failures across PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control hardware
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Use system data, alarms, logs, and dashboards to identify faults
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs in CMMS systems
  • Act as a technical escalation point during system disruptions
  • Partner with on-site teams to restore system performance
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and operators
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and electrical safety requirements
