About the Role
You will design, test, and validate power distribution, control circuits, and signal conditioning. You will select and integrate electrical components, create schematics and harness designs, troubleshoot factory and field issues, and scale electrical systems through manufacturing and deployment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate hands-on electrical-engineering experience with power systems, control systems, and industrial automation
- Create and read electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Use CAD tools for electrical design
- Specify and integrate motors, drives, sensors, relays, and PLCs
- Understand electrical codes and safety standards
- Be based in or relocate to the SF Bay Area
- Work 4–5 days per week from the San Leandro HQ
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and validate electrical systems
- Select and integrate motors, sensors, actuators, PLCs, and electrical components
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness designs
- Establish electrical documentation standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in factory and field deployments
- Scale electrical systems from design through manufacturing and deployment
