About the Role
You will maintain, monitor, and scale internal systems, servers, and networks. You will provide employee IT support, provision and maintain laptops and workstations, manage user access throughout employee lifecycle changes, and configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN connectivity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist
- Hands-on experience with Okta or similar IAM platforms
- Knowledge of Kandji for deploying and managing Apple devices
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPNs
- Proficiency managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows
- Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
Responsibilities
- Provide primary IT support for employee hardware, software, and network requests
- Set up, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, workstations, and peripherals
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes in corporate systems
- Configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN solutions for secure connectivity
