Sysadmin/DevRel/DevOps/Technical Writing
Litheum is a blockchain platform built around a novel Proof of Performance (PoP) consensus mechanism designed to solve blockchain scaling problems. It enables microtransactions and AI agent activity at scale, targeting DeFAI, next-generation DeFi, and micro-finance use cases, and aims to serve both Web3 users and the Trad-Fi (traditional finance) community.

About Litheum
Litheum is building a blockchain platform centered on its Proof of Performance (PoP) consensus, which it claims delivers 'End-to-End Decentralization' by incentivizing every critical Remote Procedure Call (RPC). This design is intended to overcome the scaling bottlenecks that have historically limited blockchain adoption, enabling microtransactions and allowing AI agents to act on behalf of companies and individuals at scale. Target use cases include micro-lending P2P protocols, micro-order-book DEXs, micro-liquidity pools, and automated DCA strategies, positioning Litheum as infrastructure for DeFAI (DeFi plus AI) and next-generation DeFi and micro-finance applications. The network relies on participants called 'Runners' who provide the skills and resources needed to operate the Litheum network, and the company operates a Builders Program and Testnet to onboard developers. Litheum positions itself as more than a blockchain — an internet-scale, secure data delivery network intended to serve a broad range of use cases including gaming, the metaverse, NFTs, DeFi, social applications, and general Web3 infrastructure, while also courting the Trad-Fi community with verifiable, provably-safe consensus design.
Skills
About the Role
You will support Litheum as it approaches testnet by handling deployment, documentation, developer relations, benchmarking, telemetry, and devops work. You'll provide both internal and outward-facing development support, using NixOS/Nix for reproducible deployments rather than containerization. You'll manage basic HTML/CSS updates for tracking code, copy fixes, and simple JavaScript debugging, while coordinating with a third-party web design team on deployment and one-off issues. You'll also support DApp developers building on Litheum through documentation, bug triage, one-off communications, and hackathons, and you'll help organize technical documentation and interface with the project management plan.
