Solstice Finance is the yield infrastructure layer for Solana and beyond, providing institutional-grade yield strategies with a 3-year live track record (13.96% net IRR, 6.8 Sharpe ratio, zero negative months). At its core is USX, an overcollateralized settlement layer backed by a diversified reserve of audited cash, tokenized Treasuries, and delta-neutral hedged positions, verified continuously through Accountable Proof of Solvency. Users can deposit USX into yield strategies such as eUSX (delta-neutral yield), strcUSX (structured credit from Strategy Inc.'s STRC preferred shares), and Solana staking infrastructure. About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain the core systems that power an institutional DeFi platform. You'll work closely with protocol engineering and quantitative strategy teams to ensure infrastructure is reliable, performant, and secure at scale. You'll take ownership of cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, node operations, observability, and security across all environments, and participate in on-call rotations to keep production systems running smoothly.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in infrastructure / DevOps / SRE roles
- Strong proficiency with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform (or Pulumi)
- Experience running production workloads on AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with blockchain node operations (Solana preferred, Ethereum acceptable)
- Scripting / automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, or Rust)
- Understanding of networking, TLS, and security best practices
- Excellent written communication
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) for blockchain-connected services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and deployment automation
- Operate and monitor Solana RPC nodes, validators, and indexing infrastructure
- Implement observability (metrics, logging, alerting) across all production systems
- Collaborate with smart-contract engineers to deploy and upgrade onchain programs safely
- Manage secrets, access controls, and security hardening across environments
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
