About the Role
Maintain and deploy blockchain full nodes, improve blockchain-specific monitoring and alerting, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with engineers to deploy services and remove operational pain points.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant operations and infrastructure experience
- Strong Linux, Bash, shell scripting, and operational automation skills
- Background in IT security and operational security
- Deep experience with monitoring, log analysis, and alerting
- Experience with scripting and configuration management
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitLab, and Python
- Experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, bare-metal servers, and cloud computing, especially GCP
- Proficiency with blockchain technologies including Chainlink, Pyth, Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Lido, and SupraOracles
- Experience with AI-driven automation, agents, and the Model Context Protocol
- Experience running blockchain full nodes preferred
- Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana knowledge preferred
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Financial services or capital markets experience preferred
- Very good English skills
- Ideally located in Central Europe or within 2 hours of CET
Responsibilities
- Maintain and efficiently deploy full nodes for various blockchains
- Fine-tune alerts and reduce monitoring noise
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve sustainability
- Pair with engineers to troubleshoot and deploy new services
- Increase developer velocity and eliminate operational pain points
