About the Role
You will manage purchase orders from creation through closure, track shipments, and support accurate goods receipt in the ERP system. You will investigate quantity or document discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with suppliers and internal functions. You will identify delivery risks, align materials and information, and follow actions through to completion.
Requirements
- Practical experience in supply chain, procurement operations, materials management, or logistics
- Confidence using ERP or MRP systems
- Excel skills
- Attention to detail for quantities, dates, and documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Written and verbal communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional colleagues
- Ability to identify delivery risks, investigate issues, and complete resolutions
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
