About the Role
You will qualify suppliers and implement supplier quality plans. You will monitor quality performance, review manufacturing and inspection documentation, resolve quality issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, improve supplier processes before production, and work across several part-manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers
- Develop and implement supplier quality plans
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive quality improvements
- Review vendor DFM and inspection plans
- Review first-article inspection reports
- Resolve supplier quality issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Review supplier process plans and drive improvements before production
- Work with injection molding, die casting, stamping, wire harness, and textile parts
