About the Role

You will join the Strategy team and work directly with the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff as well as the entire Strategy team including the CEO and Founder. As Upvest enters its next stage of growth, you will be at the core of strategic initiatives, working within the strategy team and cross-functionally with other teams. You will support Upvest's vision and strategy to become the leading investment infrastructure of tomorrow across Europe, helping shape and execute company strategy from initial conceptualization to prioritisation, execution and communication of key initiatives, including supporting international expansion and uncovering new business opportunities. You will support the organisational strategy as a key enabler for growth and focus, including the OKR process and linking OKRs with core business KPIs, while collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive decision-making and strategic prioritisation. You will also play a central role in supporting all-hands presentations, senior stakeholder presentations and offsites. You will work cross-functionally to gain deep insights into the business, engaging in projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, clients, operations, and banking ecosystem, ensuring seamless business operations and contributing to high-impact projects alongside senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Completed at least 1-2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting
  • Excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives while diving into details to ensure flawless execution
  • Passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world
  • Available for a minimum of 4 months and based in Berlin

Responsibilities

  • Support Upvest's vision and strategy to become the leading investment infrastructure of tomorrow across Europe
  • Shape and execute company strategy from conceptualization to prioritisation, execution and communication of key initiatives
  • Support international expansion and uncover new business opportunities
  • Support development and execution of organisational strategy including the OKR process
  • Link OKRs with core business KPIs
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive decision-making and strategic prioritisation
  • Support all-hands presentations, senior stakeholder presentations and offsites
  • Work cross-functionally to gain insights into product, clients, operations and banking ecosystem
  • Contribute to high-impact projects alongside senior leadership
