About the Role

Support Crusoe's data center construction program through analytics, dashboards, due diligence, project tracking, meeting support, materials creation, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction management, consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced operations or strategy role; internship experience counts
  • Exposure to data center infrastructure, co-location providers, development, or real estate is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Gantt charts, critical path, and milestone tracking
  • Strong interest in AI infrastructure, power markets, and large-scale data center development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve cost, schedule, risk, and quality dashboards
  • Assist with due diligence and documentation
  • Prepare data rooms, exhibits, and external deal materials
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up on commitments
  • Support schedule and milestone tracking across campus builds
  • Flag schedule slippage and identify the critical path
  • Draft presentations, one-pagers, and memos
  • Document standard operating procedures, RACI matrices, and lessons learned
  • Support special projects and operational gaps
