About the Role
You will lead the full development lifecycle for customer-facing AI agents, from scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, resolve delivery issues, and translate customer needs into product feedback.

- Customer-facing enterprise experience
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to read API documentation
- Understanding of data models and system architecture
- Experience managing multiple complex projects
