About the Role
You will lead AI agent development for public-sector customers from scope through launch and continuous production improvement. You will work with agency leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, resolve deployment issues, develop new use-case roadmaps, and influence product, platform, and public-sector strategy.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to read API documentation
- Understanding of data models and system architecture

- Clear communication across executive, operational, policy, and technical audiences
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Own the agent development lifecycle from scope through production iteration
- Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and workflows into reliable AI agents
- Advise public-sector leaders on AI strategy
- Run working sessions with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders
- Develop roadmaps for new public-sector use cases
- Surface customer needs and prototype approaches to shape product and market strategy
