About Lido
Lido is a self-custodial liquid staking protocol governed by the Lido DAO that provides liquidity for staked assets. Users who stake with Lido receive stTokens (like stETH) that represent their staked position plus accrued rewards. These tokens can be used throughout DeFi while still earning staking rewards. Lido also features a decentralized validator set and security through distributed node operators chosen by the DAO.

About the Role
You will work closely with Operations leadership and function heads, turning strategic intent into trackable, deliverable outcomes. This role exists to bring structure, pace, and alignment to the most critical operational priorities. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and function heads to turn strategic intent into trackable deliverable outcomes. You will help implement the new strategy, OKR ownership shifts, and AI transformation from ambition to execution.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering multiple cross functional projects from conception to completion.
- Execution and organization with exceptional organizational skills and a get things done mindset; ability to drive cross functional teams toward deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and organization with senior level communication capabilities and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- AI familiarity with current AI tools and a foundational understanding of AI agents and how they can be applied to business operations.
- Industry context with experience in international fast paced tech environments; cryptocurrency and Web3 space is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross functional operational initiatives from initiation to successful delivery.
- Structure workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts; strategic content is owned by function heads, delivery is owned by you.
- Act as the central point of contact between departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day to day operations within the Operations Unit; act as a genuine advocate and early adopter.
