About the Role
You will lead validation strategy, execution, and reporting for L2+ driving features. You will define driving-behaviour metrics, test coverage, test suites, and acceptance criteria; analyze results; identify dependencies; and collaborate on efficient validation approaches.
Requirements
- Experience evaluating and validating complex engineered systems
- Experience in driving autonomy robotics or related products
- Python proficiency
- Experience with simulated and physical testing environments for autonomous systems
- Experience analyzing and reporting validation results
- Computer Science Robotics Aerospace or related degree

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement validation strategies across test modalities
- Define metrics for on-road and simulated driving behaviour
- Define test coverage requirements and build test suites
- Develop acceptance criteria with Product Safety and AV Engineering
- Analyze test results and report findings
- Identify data simulation and evaluation dependencies
- Collaborate on efficient test strategies
